(Newswire.net — September 19, 2019) — EdgeUno, a managed cloud services and turnkey infrastructure deployment company, announces that the company has expanded into three new Latin America countries. The company’s acquisition of TeleCorp Colombia in 2018 helped the company gain a foothold in the market and inch closer to their goal of providing easier deployment and operational infrastructure in the region.

The company announced on September 15, 2019 the successful expansion into three new Latin America countries. Four new data centers have been opened by the company to further accommodate their clients.

EdgeUno’s data centers have opened up in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Santiago, Chile, Sao Paulo, Brazil and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The data centers will offer companies that want to access the market turnkey infrastructure solutions with bare-metal hosting, low latency and high availability.

The data centers will allow companies to grow both their edge computing platforms and elastic cloud platforms horizontally and vertically. The additional data centers will provide faster access for clients while also making access to the Latin American market easier. Faster, cheaper access will make it easier for companies expanding into Latin America’s growing tech industry.

It’s estimated that the heavily cloud-reliant SaaS industry will expand at a CAGR of 24.79% over the next five years as more companies move into the market. Multiple data centers across several countries in the continent will allow for lower latency and infrastructure than can provide faster content delivery services, gaming solutions and online streaming.

EdgeUno’s position growth in the market allows for a quick deployment and scale of services that will allow bringing a product to market to occur faster and more efficiently. The company sources all of their equipment in-country to allow for infrastructure to go live faster and to allow for a quicker response if hardware issues arise.

Lower-latency is a key solution in the Latin America market which is known to have slower speeds and less reliability when transferring larger files. The solutions that EdgeUno will be capable of providing will allow for access to larger files with greater reliability and faster access overall.

Latin America has over 180,000 companies that use public cloud infrastructure with 5% of the companies spending more than $20,000 a month on cloud infrastructure. Annual cloud expenditures in the market were estimated to be over $4 billion in 2018. Content delivery alone is estimated to have a market value of $600 million annually in the market.

EdgeUno’s ground solutions will allow for faster, cheaper solutions that meet the needs of growing companies.
