(Newswire.net – February 28, 2013) Lynnwood, WA–Effective March 1, 2013 John Long formerly of North Star Insurance Services, LLC will join the Sea-Mountain Group along with Linda James and Caitlin Leady. The three will join Sea-Mountain’s six person marine team making the Sea-Mountain group one of the premier Marine Insurance agencies in Washington and Alaska.
- John Long brings 40 years experience specializing in Marine and Property Casualty insurance. John is a member of the Marine Insurance Association of Seattle.
- Linda James brings 20 years of experience in the marine insurance industry. Linda is a member of the Marine Insurance Association of Seattle and the North Pacific Fishing Vessel Owner’s Association.
- Caitlin Leady has been in the marine insurance industry for five years and is licensed in Washington and Alaska.

With the acquisition Sea-Mountain Insurance Brokers will expand their ability to write marine insurance into Maine. Sea-Mountain is currently licensed to write insurance in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, California, Idaho, Nevada, and Arizona.
Also expanding is the number of branch offices. John, Linda and Caitlin will be establishing an office in Issaquah, WA. Issaquah will be the third branch office joining West Seattle, WA; Las Vegas, NV; and a service office in Arizona. Sea-Mountain’s main office is located on the border between Edmonds, WA and Lynnwood, WA.
