(Newswire.net — May 13, 2021) Orlando, FL — Today, there are many people who work at night and are found to be at a high risk of certain ailments. In a new study, working on night shifts may be linked with infertility.

Scientists studied women undergoing fertility treatment. They found that those who worked on a night shirt or did heavy lifting on the job had fewer mature eggs. This, in theory, means that they are a reduced chance of having a baby.

According to lead researcher Lidia Minguez-Alarcon, for one, they do not prove that night shifts or heavy lifting are to blame.

The lead researcher is a research fellow at the Harvard School of Public Health in Boston.

It is worth realizing that some women are exposed to jobs with environmental factors that affect egg quality negatively.

Dr. James Grifo says that the study did not show that women’s job situations directly affected their chances of having a baby.

Dr. Grifo is director of the NYU Langone Fertility Center in New York City. He was not involved in the study, but was concerned the findings could cause women undue stress or guilt if their fertility treatment does not work out.

He points out that there could be an association between a measure of fertility and certain job situations.

It is worth realizing that today, more and more experts are looking into the healing benefits of natural remedies for the female reproductive health. There are actually dietary and lifestyle improvements found to aid in enhancing female fertility.

There are also Ayurvedic remedies like ashwagandha that could work wonders in delivering benefits to female reproductive health.

According to research studies, ashwagandha works in regulating hormone levels. What makes it all the more beneficial is that it could calm the mind and balance mood. Scientists even say it enhances the response of the body to both psychological and physical stress.

Scientists say ashwagandha counters the negative effects of toxic agents, which could otherwise inhibit reproductive ability. Post-partum, this natural remedy has been found to help women regain strength and improve their ability to produce milk.

In some studies, ashwagandha worked in keeping female reproductive organs healthy and strong. It may aid in regulating reproductive hormones and regaining hormonal balance.

Today, this powerful therapeutic herb gains increasing popularity not just among consumers but also in the scientific community. It is widely consumed via supplementation, such as the use of Divine Bounty Ashwagandha.

This extra-strength formula is popularized by its high potency. It is also pure and free from nasties and is backed with a complete customer satisfaction guarantee (http://amazon.com/Organic-Ashwagandha-Capsules-Absorption-Ashwaganda/dp/B072KFLL6X).
