(Newswire.net — April 7, 2021) Orlando, FL — Smartphones are for many people impossible to live without. However, it is important to realize that overuse of this gadget has been found to produce undesirable health consequences.

A recently carried-out study was presented at the ACC Latin American Conference 2019.

In this research, the investigators looked into 1060 students, consisting of 700 women and 360 men, of the Health Sciences Faculty at the Simón Bolívar University during June to December 2018.

In this research, it has been found that five hours of more of smartphone usage on a daily basis many increase the risk of obesity by 43 percent. Further, such users have been found to be more likely to have some lifestyle habits that increase the odds of heart disease.

According to Mirary Mantilla-Morrón, it is important that the general population know and be aware that, although mobile technology is undoubtedly attractive for its multiple purposes, portability, comfort, access to countless services, information and entertainment sources, it should also be used to improve habits and healthy behaviors.

Mirary Mantilla-Morrón is a cardiac pulmonary and vascular rehabilitation specialist at the Health Sciences Faculty at the Simón Bolívar University in Barranquilla, Colombia, and the lead author of the study.

Experts have long been warning that spending too much time using gadgets like smartphones encourages sedentary behaviors. It also significantly promotes physical inactivity, which many experts have linked with a variety of conditions.

These include the increased risk of premature death, different types of cancer, osteoarticular discomfort, diabetes, heart disease, and musculoskeletal symptoms.

Studies have been carried out to explore the best possible ways to improve weight loss. Interestingly, some natural remedies like probiotics have been found helpful for weight management.

In previous research studies, probiotics have been found to enhance immune function, digestive health, and cardiovascular well-being.

In human and animal studies, it has been shown that individuals with normal weight and the overweight or obese ones have different gut bacteria. More particularly, obese or overweight individuals had more firmicutes and fewer baacteroidetes than those with normal weight.

It is worth mentioning that body weight is linked with the balance of these two families of good bacteria in the gut.

In animal studies, researchers reveal that when the gut bacteria from obese mice were transplanted into the guts of the lean mice, they turned fat. Probiotics may aid in decreasing the number of calories the body absorbs from food.

To benefit from probiotics, it is wise to consider the use of formulas like Divine Bounty Digestive Enzymes.

Divine Bounty Digestive Enzymes contain 500 mg of digestive enzymes, namely lipase, amylase, invertase, Glucoamylase, papain, and bromelain. It even has prebiotics, and probiotics.
