(Newswire.net — November 19, 2013) Miami, Florida — One of the most popular productivity apps offered in the iTunes store now offers a unique feature. 24me creators claim that their highly reviewed app now has the ability to predict future items on their users’ to-do lists.
“Our vision is a single app that acts as a long-term personal assistant – the kind that intuitively knows what needs to happen next. To do that, we apply Artificial Intelligence to the real life accounts users provide.” Gilad Hertanu, 24me CEO, said.
In order for the app to “predict” the user’s daily tasks, the user connects his or her accounts to the app, such as Yahoo! Calendars, Google Maps, Microsoft Exchange, and other financial institution websites. The app then combines the information from all these resources to come up with an aggregated list of tasks.
“The implicit agreement is that your data and habits will be analyzed, and in return you’ll have something a lot more useful than a basic to-do list on your smartphone that you manage yourself,” Forbes’ Ewan Spence wrote.
The creators also say that the improved app is “self learning,” or its capability to accurately predict future to-do tasks improves with use. Also, growing the number of sites and tools being synched by the user with 24me will help improve its prediction accuracy.
