(Newswire.net — May 9, 2013) Geraldton, Australia.– However heat turns the chlorine in the water in chloroform, the gaseous form of chlorine. When inhaled, the substance directly causes harm to the lungs and other parts of the respiratory system. Also while having a hot shower; the pores of the skin are open, allowing chlorine and its by-products to enter the body through the skin. The presence of chlorine in the body causes many ailments, including cancer.

Taking long hot showers using chlorinated water does present a grave threat to physical health. This is the warning issued to the public by a health e-Book that will be launched this week. This e-Book contains revealing facts the hazards of using chlorinated water, and special attention is expected from sports and health officials.

In 1904, the world was grateful that a chemical could be used to kill germs and other airborne pathogens that caused water-related diseases, the deadliest of which was cholera. After it was discovered that chlorine could disinfect water and still, let it remain potable and drinkable, chlorine was generally instantly added for use to purify water sources in big cities and towns.

When incidence of cancer, asthma and heart ailments became rampant, sports and health instigated studies were conducted to find out what cause this threat to the public’s physical health. What was surprising was than exposure to chlorinated water was found out to be linked to a multitude of diseases.

Of particular concern to sports and health officials was the discovery that hot showers led to the production of chloroform caused by heating the water. The gas is exhaled and goes through directly to the respiratory tract and the inside part of the body. Chlorinated water also gets through the skin. Once chlorine mixes with other chemicals in the body, it transforms into hazardous substances that causes and or triggers diseases.

Other experts support the claim of the author of the book, “Death by Natural Causes or Pre-Meditated Murder“, a Dr. Lance Wallace of the Environmental protection Agency (EPA) stated: “Taking long hot showers is a health risk, according to research presented last week in Anaheim, California, at a meeting of the American Chemical Society. Showers – and to a lesser extent baths – lead to a greater exposure to toxic chemicals contain in water supplies than does drinking the water.

The chemicals evaporate out of the water and are inhaled. They can also spread through the house and be inhaled by others. House holders can receive 50 to 100 times more of the chemical by breathing the air around showers and bath than they would by drinking the water.” This report has startled many sports and health officials, causing many to totally restructure training facilities.

With this evidence at hand, the author of the book discusses further the possible effects of taking a hot bath or a hot shower. “The fumes expand and go out of the bathroom, filling the whole house with air full of chloroform, which is extremely harmful to all health, not only physical. All family members inside the house inhale the fumes, and their lungs, heart and other internal organs get contaminated.

“To prevent this kind of health hazard, make use of water that is not mixed with chlorine,” the author suggested.
