About Craig Thomajan, DPM, FACFAS, FAENS
Dr. Craig Thomajan has dedicated his career to providing state-of-the-art diagnosis and treatments for foot and ankle conditions. Dr. Thomajan’s extensive education, training and experience has established him as a leader in podiatric medicine in Austin, TX. From conservative treatments to complex limb salvage and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Thomajan specializes in the latest technologies and techniques to bring his patients the best options for quick recoveries and improved quality of life. Dr. Thomajan’s podiatric education began at New York College of Podiatric Medicine after attending Hofstra University for a Master’s degree in Human Cytogenetics. His medical residency, at St. Joseph’s Hospital and St. Vincent’s Medical Centers, focused on palliative and conservative treatment of all foot and ankle pathology, lower extremity wound care, and office-based surgical management. He pursued further training at St Vincent’s with a surgical residency. Training included perioperative care and management of complicated surgeries including diabetic limb salvage. During this time Dr. Thomajan was honored to become a founding member of the Foot Reconstructive Team.
Board certified in Foot Surgery, Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery and Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Thomajan enjoys multiple fellowships and association memberships.
