(Newswire.net — February 1, 2013) Boise, ID — Master John Keller has been teaching Chinese Shao-lin Kung Fu in Boise for over 20 years and once a year for the last six years he has offered a free rape and self defense class for women.  All women ages 11 and up are free to attend, but women 11 to 18 need to be accompanied by an adult female.

Master John started his training in 1980 in Denver, Colorado.  For over 30 years he has dedicated his time to training in Shao-Lin’s numerous fighting styles and training techniques.  To this day he continues his training directly with Grandmaster Sin The’ as well as with other masters within the Shao-Lin organization.

In 1990, the Chinese Shao-Lin Center of Boise opened its doors and Master John has been teaching people to be strong and fit and confident ever since.

“Traditional Kung Fu is designed to turn your body into a well-functioning machine.  The movements, training, and techniques are meant to stay with you for your entire life.  You will be training for a life time of health, happiness, and confidence!”  Master John says on his website idahoshaolin.com

He goes on to say, “Awareness is the number one defense in preventing assaults on women. This seminar is open to all women who are interested in improving their consciousness and acumen in the area of personal safety.”

He invites all women to bring a friend and take advantage of this FREE 2-hour seminar!

The seminar begins at 6pm and goes until 8pm on Friday February 8th, but doors open at 5:30pm.
