(Newswire.net — 12, February, 2013) Atlanta, GA — Bodyweight exercises are a popular option for many to avoid expensive equipment, that can cause injury, and long gym memberships. Advanced bodyweight programs will help anyone lose weight and tone their body quicker than most traditional cardiovascular workouts, which is fully explained in Mike Whitfield’s new Bodyweight Torch program. Whitfield is an Atlanta trainer and explains  how many of the exercises have been named “bodyweight cardio” because of how effective they are. Whitfield had released a new video to show how the Jump Squat, an exercise in the Bodyweight Torch, is performed correctly.

For those who want to work their lower body, the Jump Squat is a great answer. It works the hips, thighs, glutes, quads and calves while also offering a cardiovascular workout. There is no need to buy expensive pieces of equipment to carry out these exercises and they can be done in your own home and fit around your routine, so you save thousands and enjoy your workouts.

“With the Jump Squat demonstration video, I wanted to explain how to use this challenging lower body bodyweight exercise but really focusing on how people land when doing Jump Squats,” Whitfield stated, proving that the video is about carrying out the exercises correctly to gain maximum potential and avoid injury, “I recommend them starting with the basic bodyweight squat and then proceeding to the jump squat exercise when they feel they are ready.”

The Jump Squat, as long as it is performed correctly, helps to burn calories and condition the body to improve performance considerably. This is not the first video that Whitfield has released and there are many at BodyweightTorch.com showing how to carry out the various exercises in his new program.
