Linda B. co-host of the Dallas cycling club said there are just a few spots still available for this first ever costumed trolley pub crawl. Linda added with a grin that “there will be everyone from a sexy Marilyn Monroe, a young Elvis, a frisky Clinton and even a Roman Centurion Guard to keep the peace. Linda mentioned that there were still a few party seats available on this costume party and Trolley ride at the meetup group’s main page.
If all the space on this VIP Trolley ride are filled, you can still join in the party at some of the best pub stops on McKinney Ave. The Dallas Cycling group encourages anyone that wants to dress up and party at the pubs, they are welcome to join them.
The McKinney Avenue Trolley will pickup the costumed partiers group at 7:45 and will make multiple stops throughout the evening with games and prizes at each of the stops. Among these pub stops and game events will be Renfield’s Corner, a lively Irish beer garden with outdoor seating and warm fire pits. Another stop will be at The Quarter, a cozy local hangout with a rooftop deck and French Quarter ambiance. And one of the last stops will be at the Idle Rich Pub, which offers the warm and friendly atmosphere of a traditional Irish pub, including the bar furnishings imported directly from Ireland.
