Summer Workout Plan To Get In Shape Fast Showcased In New Book Series

Furthermore, she explains, each workout needs to be different in order to burn the most calories and get lightning-fast results.

“So many women do the same workout day after day and after awhile they stop seeing results. If muscles get accustomed to the exercise, you will plateau.  You have to keep it fresh.”
