(Newswire.net — November 29, 2013) Caringbah, NSW — Heidi Montag has been spotted in the spotlight for the first time holidaying away with her husband, showcasing her more appropriately sized teardrop breast implants after going through a quarter-life crisis claiming that her breasts were the source of her secret depression.
The media-savy starlet unveiled her unmistakable beach body with a red bikini at the Palmilla Resort, celebrating her fifth year anniversary with her husband Spencer. The couple was spotted sauntering across the white sand without a care in the world.
The 27 year old actress previously complained frequently about being cursed with her enormous breast implants and was frustrated to the point where she would need to take sitting breaks to calm her back and neck from pains caused by her oversized implants.
Montag was fitted with new teardrop implants about four weeks ago, however during her recovery period she was never spotted in a bikini. Family and friends close to her report that she is now a completely different person, claiming that the star was in tears and taking painkillers just to walk down the street and buy milk.
In the evening the reality TV actress was spotted wearing a small black dress that closely hugged her body paired with her new anniversary present; diamond teardrop earrings imported from Italy.
Montag told the media that, “These last couple of weeks after recovery have been perfect, I am enjoying the simple things in life like being able to go for a walk without having to worry about my breast implants getting in the way or straining my back.
“I literally couldn’t get a decent workout before because of the way it was tugging my whole body, it felt as if it was literally weighing me down, despite Spencer calling them his fluffy airbags, they certainly felt more like bricks than airbags.”
Renowned cosmetic surgeon and head of Lavida Cosmetic Medicine in Sydney, Dr. Sam Botros believes that Heidi made the right choice in getting a reduction, swapping her giant F sized implants for smaller teardrop breasts.
“I don’t know why the surgeon would let her have such large breast implants in the first place. She shouldn’t have been allowed because they can cause many health complications.
“I was just reading about a Harley Street surgeon in London fitting a young woman with implants that were so large they burst. Luckily for Heidi this isn’t the case, but whilst I’ve seen implants give women confidence, health should always takes priority. “
