(Newswire.net — November 29, 2013) Caringbah, NSW — The reality TV star reveals why she will never change her breasts again; appearing publically for the first time in a bikini following her breast reduction surgery. Montag showed off her new found bundles of joy in a red bikini with her husband by her side.

The operation was conducted by renowned plastic surgeon with long list of clients including Angelina Jolie. Heidi believes that the surgery will be her last and that she is finally happy with the breasts that she has now.

Heidi had previously complained about her breasts restricting her from living everyday life. The breasts were too large for her and as a result caused back, shoulder and neck pains.

“The pain got too much to deal with on a daily basis. I was starting to doubt myself and it actually made me less confident knowing that I would struggle to complete basic tasks without feeling pain and insecurity. I didn’t feel like I could complain because I am in such a lucky position myself however I have now realized that… I just couldn’t go on living with my oversized breasts.

The breasts were literally holding me back in life.

“I definitely regret the surgeries that I have had over the years, I think I was so young and in such an unstable situation in my life with so much going on and so much pressure.”

Sydney’s leading cosmetic surgeon, Dr Sam Bostros believes that Heidi Montag made the right decision in getting a breast reduction, asserting that the surgery has become an increasingly popular procedure with women in their early to mid-thirties.

Dr Bostros says, “Despite advising clients to think long term, most clients want bigger breasts and there’s nothing wrong with that but I always make it a point to remind my clients of the health complications when going for the larger sizes.

“Women often don’t think about the downside of having such large breasts, but it’s very real. Most of my clients are still happy five to ten years after receiving the surgery however there are couple who come back and ask for a breast reduction when they become older after suffering symptoms similar to Montag.

“Breast implants aren’t for everyone. Larger breasts usually give women more confidence but there’s more to it, I advise clients on getting comfortable sizes based on their own individual body type.”
