Grey Matter is one of the hottest and most accomplished Hip Hop acts in the DFW area. After many months in the studio Grey Matter is ready to release their new CD, “The Grey Matter Project”. To celebrate the event, the group will be throwing a CD Release Party on December 21st starting at 9 PM. The Release Party will be held at Wits End, 2724 Elm Street in the Deep Ellum section of Dallas, Tx.
The event is designed to be a full-blown evening of music and videos. In addition to Grey Matter performing music from “The Grey Matter Project”, there will also be live performances by MC Playdough and The Orange. Dallas favorites Tape Mastah Steph and Priest TD will be DJ’ing throughout the evening as well.
“We have worked really hard for a very long time to get the material together for the CD. The group is very excited to FINALLY have the finished product ready for release. We’re going to have an epic, epic CD Release Party”, says Kilo Art-of-Fact, Grey Matter’s Emcee.

Opened in 2012, Wits End is one of Deep Ellum’s newer venues. Wits End completely re-designed the space previously occupied the “The Bone”. They have constructed a new bar, 2 stages, a game room and created a whole new type of fun atmosphere.
