Catering company AMG Services is pleased to announce a year of growth and profitability, which included many special events in and around the metro area. The company maintains a rigorous schedule of catering events, with different teams often working events simultaneously.
“Our stellar team of cooking, serving, and administration staff worked in unison to provide outstanding service to our clients,” commented AMG Services representative Bessie Gardner. “Without all three branches’ great communication and commitment to excellence, we would not have seen the tremendous success that 2013 has brought us.”
AMG Services provided catering to nearly 300 events in the last 12 months – including private parties, company retreats, conventions, backstage/green room meals, and wedding receptions. Food was prepared in a customized fashion, tailored for each event’s specific needs, and then transported with a team of five to ten uniformly dressed servers.
“I like to think that our servers have almost as much fun as the party guests,” said Gardner, who started with AMG Services nearly a decade ago as a server. “Sure we have to work and provide excellent customer service, but we all realize that we are at a party. There’s no other job like it!”
AMG Services was founded in 1987 by brothers and chefs, Louis and Thomas McIntyre. The chefs still consult with every client, despite also maintaining executive chef duties for popular restaurants L’Bistro and Madera House. Satisfied clients are known to return to AMG Services each year, due to the competence of staff, ease of communication, and high quality food. Company leaders recognize the fact that there is always a demand for services such as AMG provides, and look forward to many more years of growth.
