( — June 12, 2014) Salt Lake City, UT — The Summerhays Group is proud to offer the ability to represent clients in U.S. Tax Court.  Nationally, there are very few non-attorneys that are able to do this with only about 10 percent of those who take the professional exam, passing it. This designation, plus an extensive background in accounting, makes The Summerhays Group very effective at resolving IRS issues in U.S. Tax Court.

Tax Court practitioner, Summerhays says she can offer clients a “more level playing field” when settling tax issues with the U.S. government; the most common of which involve complications arising from the sale of assets, payroll taxes, self-employment issues, or multiple years of not filing tax returns.

Summerhays invites all those who feel they need a tax attorney or have unresolved IRS tax issues, to call the office for a complementary case review.

The Summerhays Group was established in 1995 and specializes in IRS tax issues that need professional representation, as well as individual and business tax accounting and is an alumnus of University of Utah. She received the Small Business Administration’s Accountant Advocate of the Year Award in 2000, is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, and is a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute.
