(Newswire.net — June 24, 2014) Jeffersonville, IN –Her magazine “16 Cute Wedding Ideas” was put together to inspire brides and give them examples of wedding themes they could use by showing how some of her brides made their day special.

The guide features different wedding reception decorations, decoration ideas and flower arrangements along with some great DIY wedding ideas.

One very popular venue that takes a prominent place in the guide is Patrick Ranch Museum which boasts 28 acres of giant redwoods and oak trees. It also has a vintage water fountain that was built in 1938 as a gift for owner’s wife.

“Patrick Ranch is a really cool venue, and everything about it was gorgeous and romantic, and fit the bride’s rustic chic wedding theme to a T. It has quickly become one of my favorite venues to shoot at as a wedding photographer.”

Also highlighted in the magazine, is the unique wedding venue, Honey Run Covered Bridge. Although it is an older structure, the bridge has only recently started hosting wedding. As a newer wedding location, it is largely untouched and very romantic.

“There is something incredible about a committing of two lives taking place in an historical location that has stood the test of time.” Kimie says, “While the wedding ceremony took place under the shade of the trees next to the bridge, the reception was actually inside the bridge itself.”

“The bare beams were draped with cafe bulb light strands and large white paper lanterns, only accentuating the character of the old wood and the history. Everything about this wedding was DIY; so romantic with a fresh simplicity” Kimie reflects.

Although there is a wealth of wedding ideas on sites like Pinterest and blogs like www.stylemepretty.com, many brides have a hard time envisioning what their ideas will look like in their actual location and getting specific ideas based on their venue. It can be very helpful to see what someone else has already done and use their ideas as a launching pad for their own ideas.
