(Newswire.net — July 9, 2014) Buford, GA — A unique 501(c)3 non-profit committed to helping formerly incarcerated, potential entrepreneurs ease the transition back into society is offering paid work experience and intensive job/life skills training in Buford, Georgia. The re-entry program is set to open its doors this September 2014 and will employ about 25 driven individuals seeking a life change.

Georgia CALLS, Georgia Center for Abundant Living Life Skills, is made up of four powerful components that give program participants the greatest chance at success. 1) The on-site inbound call center is the core of the program where participants learn to work, nurture their inner entrepreneurial spirit, and generate an income. 2) Job/Life Skills teaches higher level executive functioning skills needed to excel within society. 3) Social Services are particularly important to provide intensive case management procedures, utilizing TAP2 and TAP3 strategies. 4) Optional Spiritual Growth allows for discipleship classes that encourage individuals to be a positive influence in their home and community.

This comprehensive 12-month program is reserved for highly motivated, determined individuals who wish to explore their own entrepreneurial desires and give back to their communities. As CEOs of their lives, participants will be given additional business opportunities as they complete the 12-month program and become self-sustaining leaders in the workforce.

“We have a passion to make the world a better place and through intentional development and favor, we can help others experience a life change,” explained Jay Reeder, Executive Director of Georgia CALLS. “Our vision has quickly become a reality and we look forward to serving our community in the upcoming months.” Reeder further explained that Georgia CALLS was set in motion by blending innovative technical skill-sets with compassion for others.

Call center technology allows for this innovative employment opportunity at Georgia CALLS. Overflow calls from VoiceNation, a leading provider of live answering services, are routed to the Georgia CALLS center, giving each participant on-the-job training and a proven track-record of paid work experience as a customer service representative.

Georgia CALLS is currently working with the Department of Corrections, associated partners, and local community service agencies to coordinate opportunities.
