Acclaimed author, speaker and peak performance coach, Rex Crain brought a passion for positive thinking to Google Hangouts on Air September 4 for Vemma Nutrition Company’s weekly online training session, U Power “Where Power Meets Potential.”

It’s about how the power of one decision can change your performance, taking you beyond the limits and barriers of where you currently are,” according to Crain.
Continuing on the leadership development path, the September 4 episode of U Power offered insight into what makes an influencer successful, and the four things that interfere with influence: indulgence, instability, insecurity and inconsistency.
“Last week’s session focused on maximizing your influence and impact. If you think about it, we all have influence with other people; yet we sometimes fail to convert that influence into results,” explains Crain.
Next week’s session will equip viewers to increase influence within themselves, their business and relationships. Crain will offer insights and strategies to expand a person’s influence and multiply its effect. “Without influence, there is no success. If you want to be a successful person and have a thriving business, you must become a person of real influence. You will learn new ways to model, motivate, mentor, and multiply your influence, which will cause greater performance and profits,” explains Crain.
Crain plans to include powerful and inspirational guest speakers on future episodes, which stream on Thursday evenings at 5:00 p.m.
