Facebook users will simply snap a picture of their eyebrows in need of a cosmetic permanent tattoo makeover, write a story of why they should win and upload at here. Most US participants 18 year-olds and over (excluding Florida and Rhode Island) are eligible. Contest rules here. They, of course, have to make their way to San Francisco, but the procedure is up to $2000 in value. Those with bald brows, uneven brows, botched eyebrow tattoos needing to be fixed should definitely enter. Sweepstakes starts today, voting begins September 15.
