Therefore when the Precision Gage digital kitchen scale is not being used as a scale it can be a space saving kitchen feature, either by utilizing its pull out stand or wall hanging capability. This allows use of its 24 hour clock and its temperature and humidity reading. In this mode the timer function can also be enacted.
