(Newswire.net — November 18, 2014)  — French Al-Qaeda collaborator serving life sentence in US, Zacarias Moussaoui, known as the ‘20th hijacker’, suddenly decided to point finger to Prince Turki bin Faisal Al Saud, ruler of the Saudi Arabia, accusing him of alleged financing of 9/11 attacks.

According to a letter sent by Moussaoui to the Oklahoma Western District Court dated October 23, 2014, says the prince assisted for his flight lessons in Norman, Midwestern town where he took a flight lessons along 9/11 hijackers Mohamed Atta and Marwan al-Shehhi.

“I am ready to testify about all the above and more in your court in an Open Hearing that I request,” he added.

First apprehended in August 2011 and charged with immigration violations Moussaoui admitted his role in 9/11 attacks and sentenced to six life terms in prison in 2006.

Apart the question raised why now after all this years he wants to testify, the bigger question is why he wants to testify in Oklahoma.

“Even if his testimony pertains to acts that occurred at the same time he was taking flight classes in Norman, Oklahoma, there is no reason—at least not one apparent from his complaint — why he must testify in the Western District of Oklahoma,” the Judge Shon T. Erwin wrote.

“His criminal prosecution took place in the Eastern District of Virginia, and the multi-district civil litigation for personal and commercial damages suffered by the 9/11 victims is pending in the Southern District of New York,” the Judge said.

Saudi Arabia officials stated that not only  Prince Turki bin Faisal Al Saud had nothing to do with the attacks of September 11, 2001, “Saudi Arabia is an important ally in the fight against terrorism.”

It is proven that Saudi Arabia possesses 18% of the world’s oil reserves. It ranks as the largest exporter of petroleum, and plays a leading role in OPEC, according to Wikipedia. Turki bin Faisal Al Saud’s family rules Saudi Arabia more than two centuries.
