Prior to the book signing he is appearing in a sizzle for a television show that is about untold stories of Las Vegas for Atomic Motion Pictures and Lear Productions. Oscar was an attorney for over 40 years that dealt with the likes of many characters in this town including Tony “the ant” Spilotro. He was also the Mayor for 12 years in the beginning of the downtown revitalization. His book is called “Being Oscar” and is just coming out on paperback.
