(Newswire.net — January 19, 2015)  — Level 5 Motorsports and the team’s founder Scott Tucker has chosen three students to receive scholarships at Kansas City’s Rockhurst High School, a private Jesuit school for boys. The school, which has a long history of excellence in both academics and sports, is Scott Tucker’s alma mater.

The Level 5 Motorsports scholarships pays for the education of five boys each year. Because of Rockhurst High School’s excellent education, graduates from the school have an increased chance of success in college and beyond. With the graduation of three scholars, the Level 5 Motorsports team reviewed applications and chose three new award recipients.

“I can honestly say that with his contribution he has guaranteed me a top of the line education,” said former scholar Matinn Miller. “It is an enormous blessing to receive such a great education and to be a part of such a brotherhood tradition without having to worry about financial stresses.”

The Level 5 Motorsports scholarship is provided to students who are very capable of completing a Rockhurst Highschool education, yet may not have the financial means to continue attending. Scott Tucker worked with the school to identify financially burdened yet responsible students who were involved in extra-curricular activities. Eligible students must already be enrolled in the high school for one year prior to receiving the scholarship.

Tucker and Level 5 Motorsports are proud of scholarship students and Rockhurst High School. The team is also involved in supporting public education and children’s organizations in Tucker’s hometown of Kansas City.
