(Newswire.net — February 3, 2015) Brockton, MA —
Old Colony Elder Services (OCES), the Brockton based regional agency serving older adults and individuals with disabilities, donated nearly 140 pounds of food to the South Shore Community Action Council (SSCAC) in Plymouth.
OCES held a holiday food drive among their staff to help support SSCAC’s Greater Plymouth Food Warehouse. OCES collected the food during December and delivered the food to the warehouse.
Every year, OCES holds a holiday food drive for a different organization in an effort to provide support to those most in need. Last year, OCES’ food drive collections were donated to Father Bills & Mainspring homeless shelter of Brockton.
