He opened Studio 417 Salon in 2000 in Springfield. Studio 417 Salon has become one of Springfield’s leading hair salons. Forrester completed barber training at the Academy of Hair Design, and also studied advanced men’s hair cutting at Vidal Sassoon in Los Angeles. Forrester incorporates classic barber techniques with a modern spin. The founders came up with the name Hudson Hawk by combining the names of their youngest sons, Hudson and Hawkins.
