Weymouth Dentist Promotes Beverly McNamara

The Toothboss, the South Weymouth dental practice of Dr. Richard Wolfert, DMD, recently promoted Whitman resident Beverly McNamara to assistant business manager.

In her new role, Ms. McNamara will assume additional administrative, billing, customer service, marketing and other responsibilities.

“When we hired Beverly, she had no formal training. She quickly learned her way around the dental operatory to the point she became indispensable,” said Dr. Wolfert. “She has been amazing at picking up her duties and is very deserving of this promotion.”

“Beverly has been a key part of our team over the years and has earned the promotion based on merit,” said Dr. Wolfert. “We’re fortunate to have her.”

Ms. McNamara began working with The Toothboss in 1999 as part of the clinical support staff.  With the exception of the time she took off to have her three sons, she is one of the longest tenured members of The Toothboss staff.

“Dr. Wolfert has been a great boss over the years and I’ve really loved my time there,” said McNamara, who has been full-time at the practice since 2012. “I’m looking forward to my new role and taking on more challenges.”

Ms McNamara lives in Whitman with her husband and their three sons. She’s an active participant in raising money for breast cancer research and awareness. As a tribute to her mother, she has participated in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer as a member of team “Saving Second Base”.
