Crowdfunding Reinvents the Wheel

(Newswire.net — September 22, 2015) Las Vegas, NV — New York City is a mecca of business and communication. Many people flock to the city every year for shopping and site seeing. This makes the perfect opportunity to take advantage to create another tourist attraction that people can flock to and see the New York City skyline from. This culminates in the creation of the New York Wheel, a 60- story Ferris wheel on the northeastern side of Staten Island that will be able to accommodate up to 1,440 people per ride.

According to SILive.com, New York Wheel developer Rich Marin has taken to the crowdfunding approach to funding the project in order to give the wheel all the “bells and whistles” he believes in deserves. In conjunction with such websites as Kickstarter.com, Marin has also enlisted the help of North Capital Private Securities which is selling New York Wheel shares through its 99funding online crowdfunding platform. Marin is attempting to raise $40 million to help make additional improvements to his wheel. On top of this, the project has already raised $195 million from JPMorgan Chase, $111 million in equity and $150 million from CanAm Enterprises. If Marin is successful in his quest in crowdfunding, The New York Wheel will be the most unique attraction in the city.

“The reality of Crowdfunding is not an easy game to play and if you simply show up and hope for the best, the likelihood is you’ll fail,” claims Jim Graham, creator of Kickstarter Millionaire. His program is dedicated to teaching people the pitfalls of Crowdfunding and how to overcome them. “The stats show that the vast majority of Crowdfunding campaigns do not reach their goals. In fact, most campaigns raise no more than a few hundred dollars.

“Running a successful campaign is not just about dreaming up a good idea, throwing it out there and hoping for the best. It is actually an EXACT science, and after years of testing and validation, we have a duplicatable blueprint. For example, my mentor’s latest Crowdfunding campaign reached $110,000 in only 24 hours,” says Graham.

It’s true that managing a crowdfunding account takes time and dedication. While it may seem daunting at first, it can often become quite manageable over time. An individual must be willing to take the time and effort in order to nurture their campaign and watch it grow.

Many people struggle to make their first few dollars in their crowdfunding campaigns. This is often because they are new to the world of crowdfunding and do not know how to properly take care of their campaign throughout the entirety of the journey. Graham’s company, Kickstarter Millionaire helps to teach exactly how to run a crowdfunding campaign and how to actually make money. “We can help you research and lay out numerous product ideas and campaigns that you can edit and hand out as a few select bonuses. These bonus campaigns could include everything from ideas, to sourcing, to audience identification, pitch, and more,” explains Graham.

It is only by doing that one can actually hope to earn money. But, is the program only geared toward crowdfunding beginners?

“We can teach anybody,” Graham stated, “from newbies, amazon sellers, online entrepreneurs, video experts, to traffic masters.”
