STAT-MD Urgent Care Opening New Facility

On October 1, 2015, STAT-MD Urgent Care will open their doors at 1784 Uinta Way, Suite E-2, Park City, UT 84098.

Treatments available will cover a variety of common illnesses and injuries, including fractures and broken bones, burns and scalds, cuts and lacerations, sprains and strains, foreign body removal, allergies, eye and ear infections, and more.

In addition to these treatment options, STAT-MD will also be offering on-site laboratory testing, student immunizations, school and sports physicals, and an in-house pharmacy for added convenience.

Employers requiring Occupational Medicine and Workers’ Compensation Management assistance will be able to work directly with STAT-MD’s knowledgeable clinicians to develop custom plans tailored to fit their specific needs. Service offerings will include, but are not limited to: treatment of non-life threatening work-related illnesses and injuries, occupational vaccinations, X-rays, respiratory fit testing, visual and auditory testing, pre-employment exams, physical exams, insurance exams, and return to work exams.

Patients will be able to conveniently seek treatment Monday through Friday 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturday and Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM.
