(Newswire.net — November 7, 2015) — Fitness Life Stories, the website for health conscious individuals worldwide, will feature the upcoming Scott Tucker “Soup Recipe E-Book” this spring after the official release. Tucker will publish the book with more than 50 recipes for a variety of soup and dietary needs.
“Soup is delicious and is always a great way to eat healthy on the go,” says Fitness Life Stories editor Natasha Stone. “We look forward to reviewing the new e-book from Tucker and taste testing as many of his soups as we can handle as quickly as possible. Many of us here in the office drink soup daily at home already so it’s great to know that we will get some new recipes soon instead of relying on the same recipes we already use.”
The e-book will contain photo instructions and extensive details on soup preparation to provide the best experience for readers who are not veteran soup chefs. Tucker will also give variations on almost all of the soup recipes to change them into post-workout recovery meals with extra vitamins and protein. The soup recipe e-book will be entirely vegan, focusing on plant-based balanced recipes including common superfoods.
“When I am at home in Portland, I try to make a new soup every day, or every other day at minimum,” says Tucker. “My soup e-book will contain the results of six months of non stop creative soup making directly from my personal kitchen. I make myself more soup than I make for other people, but my clients seem to enjoy the soup I make when they request them so I was inspired to put together a collection to share with world.”
A basic electronic blender will be required for use with the e-book in creating the soup recipes. The first chapter of the e-book explains Tucker’s recommendations for equipment and ingredients as well as details on how to clean and wash produce and equipment before beginning a recipe.
Fitness Life Stories will post photos of the e-book’s soups and details on the staff’s personal trials making each recipe including the protein post-workout power soup alternatives. Fitness Life Stories recently covered Tucker in a spotlight on personal chefs in the vegan community, featuring a preview of one of his soups.
The e-book will be available this March on Tucker’s website in addition to several e-book marketplace and health oriented websites including Fitness Life Stories.
