There are several criteria families must meet to be eligible for the free interior painting service. The household income limit must be below $65,000 a year, and the job value must not exceed $1000, or a full day’s work. The interior painting is designed to cover one large room or several smaller rooms, depending on the winning home’s layout and painting needs.  The job will include preparation and final finishing coats in the winner’s choice of color.
