NutriMost Sarasota Announces Two Recent Hirings

(Newswire.net — February 23, 2016) Sarasota, Florida — NutriMost Sarasota recently announced the hiring of Denise Serena as its regional manager, and Maxine Satrape as the new Lead Wellness Coach.

“Having just opened NutriMost Sarasota in 2015, we are very fortunate to have Denise and Maxine, both of whom understand alternative, holistic and functional medicine. This not just a job for them. This is their passion. They want to help make people healthier,” said Dr. Sean Stringer, a leading functional medicine practitioner and owner of Body Mind Wellness Centre which features NutriMost Sarasota, a leading weight-loss program.

Serena said she “transferred from Nutrimost of Dallas-Fort Worth to Nutrimost Sarasota for two reasons: One to be closer to my family and, second, to work for Dr. Sean Stringer. 

“He is an amazing doctor who wants to transform lives and has already done so. Once you meet him, you can feel that he has the passion for saving lives. He is a rare breed,” she said.

Serena, who worked at NutriMost DFW for three years before joining Dr. Stringer’s NutriMost team in Sarasota, said she has seen how “many people’s lives have been transformed. They now can live a quality life. I have seen that same transformation in myself.  I lost 40 pounds seven years ago and used the program to balance my hormones.  As a 53-year-old woman, I am healthier today than ever before. I plan on living a quality life until I am 124.”

As regional manager, Serena manages the staff of wellness coaches as well as working directly with patients to help them have the life they deserve.

Satrape, the new Lead Wellness Coach, said the reason she took the position is because one of her passions in life is to educate people about their body’s innate healing abilities.  “I want to empower people and teach them how to take care of and heal themselves the way Earth intended – naturally, without the use of synthetic chemicals,” she said. 

“This is more than just a job or position to me – it is a home to my soul and heart as well as a way of life for my body,” said the 28-year-old Satrape. “My passion for holistic health alternatives dates back to when her mother was in an accident and put on medication after medication.

“I slowly watched her health and happiness decline,” she said. “By the time I was 19, I decided there was much more to life than covering up symptoms and going through life dependent on a health-care system that seemed to not truly understand the needs of the people nor their bodies,” she said.

In her new position, Satrape educates and advises patients on alternative and holistic ways of life and health.
