Chris Dhooghe’s ZC Financial Relocates Headquarters

According to ZC Financial Group co-owner Chris Dhooghe of Overland Park, KS, an agreement has been reached for the property.

“We are excited to have found an optimal commercial real estate location for the business and have secured a long-term lease on the property,” says Dhooghe. 

Dhooghe’s long time experience in property investment has equipped him with the necessary knowledge, skills and techniques to become successful in the industry. ZC Financial will only continue to expand, especially with Kansas City’s expected population growth.

“With the expected population growth of the Kansas City market we are excited to hang our shingle in this fine city,” adds Dhooghe.

Kansas City is currently Missouri’s largest city. It was estimated to have a population of 467,000 in 2013, outgrowing the previous largest city, St. Louis, by over 150,000. Its growth is already growing twice as fast as St. Louis.

Kansas City’s population growth is positively contributing to its economy, making it a great place to invest. It has a wide variety of small and large companies that support the workforce as well as one of the largest and longest running farmer’s markets in the US. The city has been encouraging entrepreneurs, such as Dhooghe, to create more businesses and jobs in the area. In the recent years, Kansas City has been increasing its funding of the arts and increasing spending on park maintenance and road repairs. It is expected to attract a significant number of residents in the coming years.
