(Newswire.net — June 30, 2016) Phoenix, Arizona — LogicVein, a company that specializes in network configuration management, is offering a new SaaS Business Model to their MSP and Carrier customers—one that will turn their network software expenses into a profit center. The new business model will allow their MSPs and Carriers to provide Net LineDancer (netLD) to their customers for a fee using LogicVein’s bill-through model and the MSP or Carrier’s private cloud.
Always committed to finding ways to turn engineering from an expense center to a profit center, LogicVein designed the business model so that the Net LineDancer will pay for itself after a few months. LogicVein’s customers can load netLD into their private cloud or Amazon Web Server, and then serve it up to their subscribers. They are given three months to pay for the netLD they purchased from LogicVein, giving them time to collect subscriber fees and use it for their first payment.
What makes this business model even more advantageous to LogicVein’s customers is the fact that they can bill their subscribers monthly, but only get charged quarterly for only what they use. LogicVein (http://logicvein.com/index.php) will verify the number of devices that are connected to their customer’s netLD subscription each month, and then bill their customer quarterly for the number of connected devices. On top of what they bill the subscribers, LogicVein’s customers can also add any associated service fees for set-up, support and maintenance, gaining further from the business model.
Small MSPs to large Carriers can offer netLD to their subscribers under a Basic or Professional subscription. They have the ability to restrict access of the netLD according to the level of access their subscribers pay for. According to LogicVein, their customers typically charge a 20% mark-up for Basic subscription and up to 50% for Professional. Basic subscription includes all the basic functions, while Professional subscription comes with additional tools and features on top of the basic functions.
One of the 3 largest Japanese carriers, has benefitted from choosing netLD for managing and maintaining Managed CPE-S or CPE bundle carrier services. In 2010, they were manually handling the NCM for more than 250 customers through six maintenance subcontractor firms and had to spend around $500k annually to send engineers to 250 customer locations twice per year. Thanks to netLD, however, they were able to scale their business and save huge amounts of money on operational costs. They now manage over 11,000 devices on 1,000 customer networks in the United States, Canada, Japan and other parts of Asia.
