(Newswire.net — September 27, 2016) Cobourg, Ontario — Dr. Roger Firestien, Senior Faculty member at the International Center for Studies in Creativity at SUNY – Buffalo State, author and international creativity consultant, will deliver the keynote address at the 12th Annual Tri-Association Manufacturing Conference in Cobourg Ontario, Canada on November 8, 2106.
Dr. Firestien’s keynote address, Celebrating Innovation- How to be deliberately creative will introduce participants to techniques that will help them become deliberately creative so that they can turn on their creativity at will instead of waiting for ideas to happen. These techniques are designed to help manufacturers immediately begin to capitalize on opportunities, invent and create.
Roger Firestien will also deliver a workshop called Applying Innovation Tools. The workshop will focus on practicing the creativity methods that were presented in the keynote address. Participants will work individually and in groups to apply methods to help them quickly and easily generate many ideas to integrate what they have learned about creativity into manufacturing.
