(Newswire.net — March 13, 2018) — Cryptex Escape Games offers 5 original rooms with different missions. Each challenge requires at least two people and involves their strengths, weaknesses, and preferences to solve the mystery.

Cryptex was the first escape room Family Attraction to come to Branson, Missouri. Cryptex Branson Escape Games offers indoor, year-round activity for families, friends, corporate events, birthdays, anniversaries or any other type parties.

Cryptex Escape Games is privately owned and operated. From the first conceptual idea to the finished product, Cryptex game rooms are original and were built personally by the owners, J. Roman and Kate Min. Cryptex offers five original rooms, each with a different story and mission. Every challenge requires a minimum of two people, and each team has a wide range of choices based on their strengths, weaknesses, and preferences.

The rooms are spacious presenting an inviting, immersive environment to make the experience as real as possible. The games stress patience, communication, and out-of-the-box thinking. Each team member will be involved in searching for clues and unlocking various items.

The different escape rooms have themes ranging from Travel to Murder Investigations. The unique puzzles found in each room are never repeated in another room and strategically have a different difficulty level and physical involvement.

Detailed information about each room can be found on the company’s website at https://www.cryptexbranson.com/rooms/.

Spending an afternoon playing in an escape room will be very different from other activities in the area. It involves every person, is very interactive, and challenges the mind in new ways.

This activity focuses strongly on working together and allows each person to use their strengths to accomplish a common goal. Cryptex Escape Games provide engaging, social activity that will remain the topic of conversation for months to come. When visitors come to Cryptex, they experience an adventure like no other in Branson as shown on Kids Connection in Branson.

Development time for building each escape room adventure can take between 4 weeks to 4 months (or longer), depending on the level of disguised, electronic intrigue and puzzle solving.

In comparison to competitors who often purchase kits to build out adventures, Roman and Kate enjoy the intricate detail personally put into the Cryptex crafted rooms, even though the more they build, the longer the development time takes. New room constructions begin early each year so there’s always a new adventure to experience.

No customer experience is needed. While the “Tourist Trap” and “Space Travel” rooms are for beginners, it doesn’t mean they are not without a challenge, though they are easier than others. “Pursuit of Steam” and “Spy Catcher” are the next level up in difficulty because they have more puzzles to solve. “221B Gamemaster” is the hardest escape room to conquer; yet people who’ve never experienced the Cryptex before have been successful because everyone on the team contributes.

When asked what encouraged the idea to open an attraction with ‘escape rooms’, owner Kate Min said, “We first thought about escape rooms early in 2013, when there were just a handful of them in the United States, but they were getting popular in Europe, At that time, the idea of being locked in a room full of puzzles seemed, to put it mildly, unusual. We put that thought on the shelf until January 2015, when we had a chance to play one overseas. Needless to say, we got hooked. When we came back, we definitely decided, we are opening one!”

Cryptex Escape Games is located in the heart of Branson, on the 76th show strip and is going into its 3rd season with strong representation on TripAdvisor, Yelp, Facebook and Instagram.
