Culpeper VA Fitness Center Announces New CrossFit Beginners Program

The program includes a complimentary fitness assessment by coach Jackson Tyler, a level-1 CrossFit trainer and physical therapist.

A high-intensity approach to fitness training, CrossFit combines a variety of exercises targeting all ten components of ideal physical fitness, from endurance and strength to speed, coordination and agility.

CrossFit Ground Control launched a new training program for new members interested in level-appropriate CrossFit training. The class is tailored to the needs of the beginning Culpeper CrossFit athlete, with a major emphasis on acquiring the necessary skills for successful participation in a CrossFit workout.
