ENM Construction Management collaborated with the owners of the Boulevard Townhome Community to develop the Willoughby Walk and the Townhome project.

The rental unit is expected to gain similar demand as that of the Boulevard Townhome Project which was sold out within 24 hours upon opening.

ENM Construction Management partnered with the consultants and developers of the project during the same period. This is the reason the team is confident that the rental unit will also gain a record-setting demand. The Boulevard development is located directly behind the Willoughby Walk.
