High Protein Diets Reduce the Risk of Alzheimer’s

A recent study has found a strong co-relation between high protein consumption and the reduced probability of having Alzheimer’s in later years.

They found that participants with higher levels of protein in their diet were less likely to have high levels of Aβ in their brain, thus reducing their risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease, ECU said.”
