(Newswire.net — April 21, 2018) — Multi-agency counterterrorism center accidentally released documents that reveal the effects of a mind control weapon, respectable tech portal Popular Mechanics reports.

The tech portal cited a news agency specialized in filing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests with state and federal government bodies. They claim the Washington State Fusion Center has accidentally disclosed more than the agency asked for.

Allegedly, the documents leaked from the US counter-terrorism body describe the effects of psycho-electronic weapons on a person or a group of people, implying that such weapons do exist.

The investigative journalism agency Muckrosk claims they discovered mind control weapon documents among files on white supremacists and far-left activists that they requested. The document titled “EM effects on human body” describe the weapon that induces waves that allegedly can make a person or a group engage into involuntary actions.

According to the document, these waves can “read and broadcast a person’s thoughts, manipulate their limbs, control their dreams, and create sensations, from agonizing all-over body pain to involuntary orgasm, the report states.”

Another document seems to explain the ways the weapon is deployed: from ground, from air, even from space firing from a satellite. According to the documents, the waves can be deployed through mobile phones, or from equipment hidden in a vehicle nearby.

The documents allegedly originating from the Washington State Fusion Center, do not contain a logo or any other info that could indicate the origin, nothing except the drawings are explained.

Popular Mechanics, however, said some of the images are from an article coming from an Australian X-Files magazine on paranormal activities and conspiracy theories. This article describes a lawsuit filed by a John St. Clair Agnew against the NSA in 1992, claiming the NSA used electromagnetic technology to “assassinate US citizens covertly or run covert psychological control operations to cause subjects to be diagnosed with ill mental health.”

Although the mind control devices are one of the most common conspiracy theorists claims, it is never proven such or similar weapon exist. However, it is a well-known fact that the CIA experimented with psychological warfare, which involves the use of hallucinogenic drugs, hypnosis, extra sensor perception, and sensory deprivation.

The mind control weapons were largely studied during the Cold War regarding KGB secret laboratories and the CIA’s ghost operations.
