(Newswire.net — June 15, 2018) Orlando, FL — Today, antibiotics are widely used to fight urinary tract infections. This medication may be helpful, but it appears that the dangers it can cause outweighs its benefits.

According to WHO’s Global Antimicrobial Surveillance System (GLASS), there are high levels of antibiotic resistance in human pathogens on a global scale.

It is worth mentioning WHO’s GLASS aims at enhancing the systems used in monitoring antimicrobial resistance around the world.

In 2014, the World Health Organization highlights the need for a global surveillance system. This need was manifested in a report called the Antimicrobial resistance global report on surveillance.

Such a surveillance system is based on the experience of some surveillance programs of WHO.

The report has revealed the most commonly reported resistance bacteria, which were Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, and Streptococcus pneumoniae, followed by Salmonella spp.

“Some of the world’s most common – and potentially most dangerous – infections are proving drug-resistant,” says Dr Marc Sprenger, director of WHO’s Antimicrobial Resistance Secretariat.

Urinary tract infections are considered to be the major reason why antibiotics are being widely used nowadays. This type of infection has been found to be normally caused by the E.coli bacteria.

Once E.coli successfully latches on to the cells lining the urinary tract, it is able to produce an infection. When this infection occurs, it causes symptoms like pain and a burning sensation.

UTIs are a type of infection that should be quickly and properly addressed. It is also best dealt with when prevented. Antibiotics work by killing E.coli bacteria, but it is also responsible for the alarming rate of antibiotic resistance.

What makes antibiotics even more disadvantageous is that they also damage the beneficial or good bacteria inside the body. This is why UTIs are best prevented, and it can be done through certain measures.

One is to consume more water to flush bacteria out of the body. It may also be beneficial to learn what D-Mannose can offer. This sugar called D-Mannose can be found in cranberry, and is believed to be a safer alternative to antibiotics.

It could potentially be a useful way to prevent and treat UTIs without being exposed to antibiotic resistance. D-Mannose has been a popular subject of many studies and clinical trials due to its remarkable benefits against UTIs.

It sticks with the E.coli UTI-causing bacteria, and can prevent infection. It works naturally and this means it works with the body in healing itself.

To experience its benefits, it is wise to take into account the use of Purest Vantage D-Mannose. This amazing formula is highly potent, and has been gaining interest and trust from consumers.
