( — August 6, 2018) Orlando, FL — There are many ways to improve health. However for individuals with conditions like arthritis, doing it could be more challenging.

Arthritis sufferers are believed to be more prone to poor health. This condition called arthritis comes in various forms, and the most prevalent types are osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. It causes pain, stiffness, and even physical limitations.

Due to the symptoms it causes, there are many sufferers who live a reduced quality of life. What makes this condition even more alarming is that it could also affect one’s overall health.

According to statistics, about 27 percent of individuals with arthritis report poorer health than the 12 percent of those who do not have the condition. Further in a survey, it was found that arthritis had an effect on both mental and physical health.

Some experts even revealed that the health-related quality of life of arthritis sufferers was twice or thrice more challenging than that of non-sufferers. Adult individuals with this condition have further been found to be unhealthier mentally.

The Arthritis Care & Research published a study that involved the comparison of health-related quality of life (HRQOL) on arthritis sufferers and non-sufferers. The researchers used indicators like the overall health of the subjects.

Another indicator is the number of days that they have been unwell physically and mentally in the past 30 days. In the study, the researchers considered the number of days that the subjects were physically unable to perform activities. This inability was due to poor mental and physical health.

It was revealed by Sylvia Furner, MPH, PhD, researcher from the school of public health at the University of Illinois at Chicago, that the values for all the HRQOL five measures were 2 to 3 times worse in arthritis sufferers than non-sufferers.

The researchers further revealed that arthritis sufferers had more mentally and physically unhealthy days. The physically active participants, on the other hand, demonstrated better health-related quality of life than the inactive ones.

In the attempt to improve mobility and quality of life, there are sufferers who turn to the use of medications like nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). There are also safer alternatives like glucosamine, which doesn’t cause side effects.

Glucosamine is widely believed to be helpful for pain relief. It is also known for its ability to repair cartilage damage, which is particularly helpful in cases of osteoarthritis.

VitaBreeze Glucosamine formula is an excellent choice. It is highly potent and pure, and it even contains a variety of therapeutic ingredients. These arthritis-fighting ingredients are methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), turmeric, and chondroitin.
