(Newswire.net — November 7, 2018) Orlando, FL — According to experts, the single leading cause of death in Australia is heart disease. This condition is also common in the United States, and in many areas around the globe.

The Heart Foundation reveals it claims the lives of one Australian every 27 minutes. This is why it is imperative to take the measures necessary in warding off this condition.

Adam Taylor, director of the clinical anatomy learning centre at Lancaster University, said this is why it’s important to know the unusual signs of heart disease.

One surprising sign is creased earlobes, which is otherwise known as Frank’s sign.

In some studies, it has been found there is a link between visible external crease on the earlobe and increased risk of atherosclerosis, a disease where plaque builds up inside your arteries.

Health experts have long been recommending intake of B vitamins, which are found to significantly aid in reducing stroke and heart disease deaths.

According to Japanese scientists, foods loaded with B vitamins like B6 and folate can decrease the risk of not just death from stroke but also heart issues.

This study looked at the effects of B vitamins separately on women and men.

It was found that folate and B6 decreased the risk of heart failure in men. They also decreased the rick of death due to stroke and heart disease in women.

As part of the Japan Collaborative Cohort Study, the researchers looked into data from 23,119 men and 35,611 women.

These subjects fall within the age bracket of 40 and 79. They were able to complete questionnaires about their dietary habits.

They discovered that 986 individuals had died due to stroke, and 424 from heart disease. This was at a median of 14 years follow-up.

Further, 2,087 also died due to all diseases related to the cardiovascular system.

The researchers found higher intake of B6 and folate was linked with significantly fewer deaths due to heart failure in men. In women, they were also able to detect significantly fewer deaths from heart disease, stroke, and total cardiovascular deaths.

They suggest folate and vitamin B6 may potentially aid in fighting cardiovascular disease, and this is due to their ability to reduce levels of homocysteine.

It is worth mentioning that the homocysteine is thought to damage the inner linings of the arteries, and this promotes blood clots.

Vitamin B1 in particular has been found to aid in the production of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. The acetylcholine is utilized in relaying messages between the nerves and muscles. It also ensures proper cardiac function.

Deficiency in this B vitamin could result in irregular cardiac functions. When it is administered intravenously for seven days, sufferers of congestive heart failure exhibited considerable improvements in their echocardiograms.

This only indicates that it has a great potential to prevent heart disease.

To experience their benefits, it is wise to consider the use of Divine Bounty B Vitamin Complex.

It contains Choline, Pantothenic acid, Biotin, Vitamin B12, Folic Acid, Niacin, Riboflavin, Thiamin, and vitamin B6.
