ENM Announces Willoughby Walk Occupancy Dates

ENM Construction Management’s flagship project, the 191-unit purpose-built rental Willoughby Walk in Langley, B.C., is nearing the final stages of construction. Project manager Daniel Greenhalgh says the first move-ins are planned for January 1^st, with the possibility of earlier, mid-December move-ins for some units.

“We’re scheduled for occupancy approval in the next two weeks, and we can begin signing leases then,” says Dan.

By January, 60% of Willoughby Walk’s units will welcome new tenants, with the remaining 40% ready for occupancy by the end of February.

Willoughby Walk is one of the first purpose-built rental properties to be constructed in Langley in over forty years. ENM Construction Management hopes that it will be the first of many such projects for the company. Founders Daniel Greenhalgh and Colin Lacey hope the project will help set a new standard for quality in purpose-built rental projects.

Willoughby Walk will be a professionally owned and operated, fully managed rental apartment building with a full time, on-site manager to handle the day-to-day details and maintenance.
