Experts Now Reveal New Recommendation For Diabetes Management

(Newswire.net — December 13, 2018) Orlando, FL — It has long been recommended that sufferers of diabetes should manage their condition. This is normally done by keeping blood sugar low.

The new recommendation from the American College of Physicians, however, says that blood glucose levels of people with type 2 diabetes should be between 7 and 8 percent as measured by the test known as AC1.

It is worth realizing this is above the 6.5 to 7 percent level that was long recommended.

Dr. Jack Ende, organization president, said in a news release, that ACP’s analysis of the evidence behind existing guidelines found that treatment with drugs to targets of 7 percent or less, compared to targets of about 8 percent, did not reduce deaths.

It didn’t reduce macrovascular complications such as heart attack or stroke but did result in substantial harms.

Individuals with diabetes are advised to take the measures necessary in managing their condition better.

In the United States, it has been found that 30.3 million people had diabetes in 2015. Type 1 diabetes affects approximately 1.25 million kids and adults.

Researchers added that 23.1 million were diagnosed, and 7.2 million did not get diagnosis. This condition is also prevalent in the older population, as it affects 12.0 million seniors.

Every year, there are new cases of 1.5 million Americans diagnosed with the condition.

In the U.S., it has been found that diabetes stayed as the 7th leading cause of death. It is worth mentioning it has been found to produce the total costs of $245 billion.

For reduced productivity, it lead to $69 billion damage and $176 billion direct medical costs.

Medications are available for diabetes and they are prescribed to manage the condition. However, there are also natural remedies like ashwagandha found to be helpful in reducing blood sugar levels.

According to a test-tube study, ashwagandha use led to an increase in insulin secretion. It even resulted in enhanced insulin sensitivity in muscle cells.

There have also been several human studies that confirmed ashwagandha reduced blood sugar levels in subjects with and without diabetes.

In a small study that involved participants with diabetes, it was found that supplementation of ashwagandha for 30 days led to a reduction in blood sugar levels as effectively as a medication.

To experience its benefits, it may be helpful to consider the use of Divine Bounty Ashwagandha.

This formula could be an excellent source of ashwagandha’s anti-diabetes effects. It is highly potent and pure, and is crafted in an FDA-inspected facility in the United States (amazon.com/Organic-Ashwagandha-Capsules-Absorption-Ashwaganda/dp/B072KFLL6X).
