Roadtrek Launches New Camper Van Owners Support Menu on Their Website

Roadtrek launches new Owners support menu on the website. This helps owners get information about their service team in a more efficient and timely manner.

The new service tab includes a clearer path for customers to the service phone number, the service hours of operations, and after-hours support phone number. There are also ways for customers to contact Roadtrek support through an online chat feature on the website, sending a message from the website, or search the dealer locator for a service center in their area.

The new Owners menu also contains a list of Owners Manuals for current 2019 models and beyond, as well as How-to videos and answers to FAQs diving deeper into topics such as technology, operation, construction and purchase. These two sections help owners better understand their coaches for everyday use. Our industry leading 6-year warranty can also be registered online, using the owners VIN number. To go along with our warranty, there is information about the complementary 2-year roadside assistance that comes with the purchase of every new Roadtrek.

Finally, schedule a factory service appointment using the new Request a Factory Service Appointment form. As part of Roadtrek’s promise to owners with our 6-year warranty, we allow for owners to come directly to our Kitchener, ON factory to get service from our talented service techs. Owners do have the option of booking service appointments through our network of dealers or at the Roadtrek factory. Bonus factory appointment includes a factory tour while they wait for their coach to return as good as new.
