Experts Now Strongly Stress the Significance of Heart Health

Health experts reveal that natural ingredients like prebiotics may aid in reducing the risk of heart disease.

(Newswire.net -- February 13, 2019) Orlando, FL -- Today, it is hard to deny that the prevalence of cardiovascular ailments continues to increase. Experts say that the heart isn’t only the most critical muscle, but it is also one that keeps a human alive.

The American Heart Association reveals that the heart beats about 100,000 times each day. The heart rate is also influenced by one’s age and fitness level.

The National Institutes of Health reveals that the heart rate of newborns ranges from 70 to 160 bpm. When the body becomes an adult, it has 40 to 60 bpm.

Previous research has found that heart disease is the number one killer in both sexes.

James Beckerman, MD, says heart disease is an equal opportunity buzz kill.

Beckerman is director of the Center for Prevention and Wellness at the Providence Heart and Vascular Institute in Portland, Oregon, and author of Heart to Start (2015).

The AHA even reveals that over one in three women lives with a heart condition. Still in the United States, one woman dies from some form of cardiovascular ailment every minute.

One of the things to learn about the heart is its size, as it changes once it suffers from a disease.

According to Kathryn Boling, MD, hearts can enlarge in response to certain conditions.

Boling is a family medicine physician with Lutherville Personal Physicians in Lutherville, Maryland.

The American College of Cardiology, for instance, revealed that congestive heart failure can cause heart enlargement.

Health experts reveal that natural ingredients like prebiotics may aid in reducing the risk of heart disease.

In studies, researchers found that consumption of foods rich in prebiotics was able to decrease glycation. It is worth mentioning glycation pertains to increased free radicals, triggered inflammation, and lowers the resistance of insulin.

It has been found prebiotics offer a so-called hypo-cholesterolemic effect. This enhances the ability of the body to potentially prevent not just ischemic heart diseases, but also auto immune conditions like arthritis.

Another mechanism prebiotics use to benefit the heart is their ability to balance the electrolyte and mineral levels of the body. This includes potassium and sodium, both of which are responsible in controlling blood pressure.

Health authorities warn high blood pressure or hypertension could significantly increase the risk of stroke and heart attack.

Prebiotics are found to have anti-inflammatory effects. In some studies, consumption of this ingredient led to improved, healthier cholesterol levels.

Researchers even found it was able to decrease markers of heart disease.

To experience its benefits, it is wise to consider the use of supplements like Divine Bounty Digestive enzymes.

This extra-strength formula doesn’t just have digestive enzymes, but also prebiotics and probiotics.
