Dietitians Now Reveal the Diet Tricks to Reduce Heart Disease Risk

Health authorities strongly warn against the effects of smoking. Instead, they recommend resorting to the measures necessary to protect heart health.

(Newswire.net -- February 14, 2019) Orlando, FL -- More and more people are suffering from heart-related ailments. However, only a few are aware that certain foods can aid in warding off this condition.

Julie Zumpano, RD, LD said risk of developing cardiovascular disease can be reduced by consuming certain types of food on a daily basis.

Zumpano is a dietitian in the Preventive Cardiology and Nutrition Program at Cleveland Clinic.

Having a whole food diet is recommended, and it is one that has foods in their natural form. Some of the most popular heart-healthy foods are whole grains, fish, fruits, and vegetables.

Flaxseeds, dark beans, oatmeal, red wine, tofu, spinach, and asparagus are also recommended.

Today, more and more researchers are conducting studies to investigate heart health and how it can be protected.

Many studies have focused on how tobacco smoke can wreak havoc on heart health.

A study was performed by researchers, and it has a title called “Secondhand smoke exposure and preclinical markers of cardiovascular risk in toddlers.”

This research was published in the Journal of Pediatrics.

It was found that secondhand smoke exposure in the very young has a detectable relationship with several markers of cardiovascular risk, long before the emergence of clinical disease.

The International Archives of Medicine also published a study, which is called “Sidestream cigarette smoke and cardiac autonomic regulation.”

This meta-analysis focused on the impact of secondhand smoke exposure on cardiac autonomic regulation.

More and more studies are still underway to learn about the dangers of tobacco smoke on cardiovascular health.

A study was published online in the European Journal of Epidemiology.

It described the findings of a study from Norway about the effect of smoking and secondhand smoke exposure on heart disease in men and women.

It was performed by Iversen, B.; Jacobsen, B.K.; Lochen, M.L.

Health authorities strongly warn against the effects of smoking. Instead, they recommend resorting to the measures necessary to protect heart health. One of the ways to do it is to consider the use of ashwagandha.

Scientists suggest ashwagandha could significantly decrease levels of triglycerides and cholesterol in the bloodstream.

In animal and human studies, this has also been confirmed. Researchers found it was able to reduced cholesterol levels by 17 percent on average. The levels of triglycerides also reduced 11 percent on average.

This 60-day study involved chronically stressed adults.

To experience its benefits, it may be beneficial to consider the use of Divine Bounty Ashwagandha.
