Daniel Greenhalgh Sells Willoughby Walk

ENM’s brand new 191-unit purpose-built rental project, Willoughby Walk, was sold last month to a Canadian pension fund. The transaction went smoothly, although the terms and identities of the purchaser are being withheld.

The first phase of the project was completed in January, and move-ins began on February 1. The building is nearing full occupancy, with over forty move-ins in the first two weeks of April.

Project manager Daniel Greenhalgh says the units are so far being very well received by the new tenants.

“I’m pleased with how few issues there have been with it being a new building. Our crew has been able to turn over so many units in such a short time, and everything’s gone very smoothly so far.”

The feedback from tenants has been positive, with particular praise for the pet-friendly aspect of the building.

“It’s so hard for pet owners to find secure places to rent. Our pet owning tenants are thrilled that they can reliably plan for the future without fearing they’ll be priced out or have their unit sold out from under them. It’s also a huge plus for the community to have pets around. It just makes everyone feel more at home.”

Applications are still being accepted for the remaining units in the Phase 2 portion of the property. You can register on our website and become pre-approved for a lease. You can also view floor plans and a gallery of photos from finished units.
