Scientists Look at Techniques That Could Help Fight Fatigue

Another study has shown rhodiola use led to a significant reduction in mental fatigue, and even improvement in sleep pattern and motivation.

In this study, the subjects received rhodiola supplements for 20 days. It has further been found that their exam scores were higher than those in the placebo group by 8 percent.
